Your responsibilities will include
-Take responsibility for the contracts entrusted to you – draw up the project progress schedule and ensure that it is adhered to – ensure that all the parties involved work at a common pace to complete a project, within the deadlines set out in the contract – mobilise your team, supervise practical training courses, produce the technical studies for a specific project, in compliance with pre-defined quality and deadline objectives – chairing progress and coordination meetings, managing technicians and sub-contractors, alerting the Raff to any deviation or risk of deviation from programmed objectives, and reporting to him his forecast resource requirements – taking charge of the mentoring of trainees, apprentices and junior engineers – managing the project’s technical and financial aspects – validate the final adjustments at the end of the worksite and remove any reservations, and ensure that internal, external and regulatory procedures are applied – familiarise your teams with and ensure that they apply prevention plans, and ensure that safety rules are applied – supervise the preparation of all electrical drawings in SEE ELECTRICAL EXPERT and EPLAN, and calculation notes in CANECO – ensure that reliable technical solutions are found within the defined cost limits – participate in the organisation and management of project reviews, reporting training, technical and IT resource requirements, drawing up specifications for subcontracted projects, validating drawings and calculation notes prior to distribution and on-site studies – carrying out ‘complex’ electrical projects – monitoring and participating in company strategy – assisting Account Managers in drawing up tenders.
